President Brian W. Casey updates the ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ community on new and continuing steps the University is taking in service of diversity, equity, and inclusion at ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½.
ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ faithful in New York City gathered at the Paley Center for Media last month to hear from five innovative alumni leaders about their work and their thoughts related to the University’s development of a new Middle Campus Plan for Arts, Creativity, and Innovation outlined in The Third-Century Plan.
The ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ Fund Bicentennial Challenge raised more than $3 million for ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ and its students, helping the University to implement the first important initiatives of its Third-Century Plan.
The Student Government Association (SGA) hosted a town hall meeting with President Brian. W. Casey on Oct. 30 to discuss The Third-Century Plan and the future of the University.
ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ announced today that the estate of John T.C. (Cuy) Low ’39 has made an additional gift of $5.2 million to the Jeanie and Cuy ’39 Low Endowed Scholarship Fund, raising its total value to more than $7 million and expanding its impact on current undergraduates.
The Third-Century Plan, unveiled last May, underscores the University’s intention to recruit scholars of the first order for new tenure-track teaching positions. In keeping with its ambitious plan, ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ is announcing a series of enhancements to faculty hiring packages.
Changes to ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½â€™s Student Health Services this academic year will increase clinical care availability on campus while also bolstering sports-medicine support for Division I athletes, student club teams, and intramurals.
