The Women’s Leadership Council has announced an ambitious goal to donate a combined total of $200 million to the Campaign for the Third Century by June 2029.

���Ĵ�ý has been ranked fourth among baccalaureate institutions in the 2024 Sustainable Campus Index, retaining its gold status through AASHE’s STARS program.

���Ĵ�ý is one of 80 colleges and universities selected this month as a 2024–25 FirstGen Forward Network member.

A new 65,000-square-foot basketball and volleyball arena will anchor a new athletics quadrangle at ���Ĵ�ý, replacing the Reid Athletics Center. Construction of the facility, part of the University’s Third-Century Plan initiatives, is slated to begin in February.

���Ĵ�ý will mark the beginning phases of the Lower Campus Initiative under the Third-Century Plan this summer with construction and restoration projects at 66 and 70 Broad Street.

���Ĵ�ý recently hosted a lecture by Avery Trufelman, host of the fashion podcast Articles of Interest.

���Ĵ�ý's second annual celebration of arts, creativity, and innovation brought hundreds to campus for a weekend of performances, workshops, presentations, and panel discussions.

Having been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease five years ago, former ���Ĵ�ý president Rebecca Chopp has embraced the visual arts and dance as part of her “prescription” to live life to the fullest.
